Trebovice Operation

In this establishment we are producing pallets and selling construction lumber. For production and sale we prepare lumber and cross-sections on rip saws, trimming machines and other modern machinery. Pallets are produced on an automatic palletising line. Atypical pallets are nailed with pneumatic guns.

The predominant volume of production is pallet production. In 90%, we produce on fully automatic machines. Currently, we ship approximately 900 types of pallets of various sizes and load capacities according to customer requirements. We supply products directly from manufacturing or trading (mainly) Czech companies. We can deliver the products to the customer by our own transport.

In 2005, we commissioned a drying plant and a boiler house, which supplies heat to all production halls and newly built lumber drying plants. We dry the lumber and heat treat the pallets. We hold a "certificate" for the IPCC eligibility of the equipment for heat treatment of wood packaging material.
