Borohradek Sawmill

The Borohradek plant is located in the Hradec Kralove Region, approximately 25 km east of Hradec Kralove, in a pine forests area.

The main raw material processed here is 2.5 m coniferous fibre SM, JD, BO, MD, suitable for sawmill production. Raw material deliveries are mainly carried out by road transport; in the case of rail deliveries, the company has its own siding. The raw material is cut on the STORTI production line, which consists of a prism circular saw, a shortening station and a rip circular saw. The annual cutting capacity is around 30,000 m3 in two-shift operation.

The main product range produced is pallet lumber of standard and atypical dimensions, in full lengths or precise cross-sections according to customer requirements. Sorting of input raw material, cutting and subsequent qualitative grading of the produced lumber is carried out by trained workers with extensive woodworking skills and many years of experience.
